Reddish-brown heartwood with thin white sapwood and straight-grained pattern. A hard, strong, close-grained wood that is easy to paint, stain, or bleach.
Beech lumber is regularly sold as rough-cut boards. It can also be surfaced, (S2S), upon request. Beech can also be provided to customers as SLR2E if desired.
Use:
Furniture, flooring, handles, woodenware, bending stock, and toys.
